Return Policy – Digital Products (Non‑Refundable)

Digital goods (online workout programs, downloadable PDFs, video lessons)

Due to the nature of digital content and consumer protection laws in most jurisdictions, all digital products – including online training plans, meal guides, video courses, and any downloadable files – are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.

Once you have received access to a digital product (e.g., a download link, access to a members’ area, or a file), the service is considered delivered in full.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind about starting the program.

  • The program does not match your fitness level or personal preferences.

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product.

  • You did not download the files or use the access link.

The only exceptions (when a refund may be considered):

  • You never received access to the product (e.g., the download link was not delivered and our support cannot restore it).

  • The product has a technical defect (e.g., broken links, corrupted files) that cannot be fixed.

In such exceptional cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will review your claim and decide on a refund at our sole discretion.
