Return Policy – Digital Products (Non‑Refundable)
Digital goods (online workout programs, downloadable PDFs, video lessons)
Due to the nature of digital content and consumer protection laws in most jurisdictions, all digital products – including online training plans, meal guides, video courses, and any downloadable files – are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.
Once you have received access to a digital product (e.g., a download link, access to a members’ area, or a file), the service is considered delivered in full.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

You changed your mind about starting the program.

The program does not match your fitness level or personal preferences.

You accidentally purchased the wrong product.

You did not download the files or use the access link.
The only exceptions (when a refund may be considered):

You never received access to the product (e.g., the download link was not delivered and our support cannot restore it).

The product has a technical defect (e.g., broken links, corrupted files) that cannot be fixed.
In such exceptional cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will review your claim and decide on a refund at our sole discretion.
